Yardi to become WeWork’s majority owner if $450M plan is approved

Santa Barbara-based Yardi Systems is set to become the majority shareholder of the troubled co-working space operator, WeWork, according to a new restructuring deal that would help WeWork emerge from Chapter 11 Bankruptcy.
