Russ leads financial strategy, budgeting, and contracting while partnering closely with board leadership across the Finance, Budget, and Executive Committees. He plays a central role in guiding organizational strategy and ensuring long-term sustainability. Russ brings decades of business leadership experience, including founding and scaling a nationally recognized IT firm, and is a trusted advisor across the region’s business community.

Julie leads REACH’s projects and programs, driving the design and execution of initiatives that advance regional economic priorities. She works across sectors to align partners, manage complex efforts, and ensure results at scale. Julie brings extensive experience in strategic planning and program leadership across the public, private, and philanthropic sectors.

Joshua leads REACH’s strategy and policy efforts, advancing initiatives that strengthen regional competitiveness and drive industry growth, workforce alignment, and investment. He works with business and government leaders to align policy, partnerships, and market opportunities. Joshua brings experience advising global companies on investment and policy strategy at the intersection of business and government.

Sally leads communications and external affairs for REACH, shaping the organization’s voice, visibility, and engagement with investors, partners, and the broader community. She drives strategy across media, events, and storytelling to support REACH’s mission and amplify regional impact. Sally brings a background in journalism, content strategy, and public engagement, with experience across media, higher education, and economic development.

Quinn serves as Director of Coalitions and Community Impact at REACH and Project Director for Uplift Central Coast, leading cross-sector partnerships to advance the region’s housing and workforce priorities. She works with public, private, and community partners to align efforts, expand opportunity, and drive inclusive economic outcomes. Quinn brings a background in community organizing and coalition-building, with experience leading initiatives across education, climate, and equity.

Michael leads REACH’s business attraction and expansion efforts, serving as the primary point of contact for companies looking to locate, grow, or invest on the Central Coast. He works with regional partners and employers to support site selection, workforce alignment, and long-term growth. Michael brings experience in stakeholder engagement and community-based work and holds a Master’s in Public Policy from Cal Poly.

Kaley serves as Director of Operations for REACH, leading internal operations, systems, and team coordination to ensure strong execution across the organization’s work. She partners with leadership to align people, processes, and priorities, driving operational consistency and continuous improvement. Kaley brings a background in healthcare management and experience building high-performing, people-centered organizations.

Jaime leads brand storytelling and communications campaigns that elevate REACH’s work and the Central Coast’s economic opportunity. She develops and executes integrated strategies that connect with key audiences and support organizational priorities. Jaime brings experience across media, advocacy, and creative production, with a background in editorial storytelling and impact-driven campaigns.

Courtney manages the execution of REACH’s initiatives, coordinating projects and working across teams and partners to drive results. She ensures programs are delivered effectively and aligned with organizational priorities. A San Luis Obispo native, Courtney brings experience in program management and operations across nonprofit and higher education sectors.

Romina supports REACH’s communications and brand efforts, helping tell the story of the region’s economic opportunity and the organization’s impact. She develops content and supports campaigns that engage key audiences across platforms. A Central Coast native, Romina brings a background in journalism and public relations and a strong commitment to community-focused work.

Annelise supports REACH’s operations and events, coordinating initiatives and convenings that bring partners together and advance regional priorities. She contributes to program delivery and stakeholder engagement across the organization’s work. Annelise brings a detail-oriented and creative approach, with a background that blends analytical and design thinking.

Anjanétte supports REACH’s financial and operational systems, helping ensure strong coordination, organization, and accountability across the team. She plays a key role in maintaining the infrastructure that enables the organization’s work. Anjanétte brings experience in financial coordination and operations, with a focus on building efficient systems that support impact.
