REACH joined 13 business and community organizations in petitioning the California Public Utilities Commission to fund the decommissioning of Diablo Canyon Power Plant in a way that benefits not only the local community, but also the State of California as a whole.
“We believe the interests of our economy, community and environment are aligned with the three outcomes our coalition is advancing: safety, efficiency and stewardship,” reads a letter signed by the the organizations, including REACH under its former name, the Hourglass Project.
